We've created a more reliable sync, ensuring when a Shopify order is fulfilled it consistently updates fulfilled_at on a rental in Supercycle.
You can now change the product or variant an item is associated with. This is particularly useful if you are using variants for conditions such as 'Like New' and 'Well Loved' and need to change the item condition over time.
Our cart validation now checks availability against quantity. This means a customer can select an unlimited quantity of items to rent, and we can now validate availability during checkout.

We've added a clearer inline subscription UI that displays the current status of subscriptions within a rental.
When you create a rental from Reservations using the 'Create rental order' button, the Shopify variant is now brought through to the draft order. This ensures the correct variant SKU is communicated to our 3PL or operations team. Draft order now also support cart validations, ensuring against the creation of overlapping rentals.

Supercycle now syncs boolean metafields to Shopify products for "imported into Supercycle" and each rental method, to ease management of rental products from the Shopify products page. You can also use these metafields to create automatic collections for rental methods. The change only applies to newly imported and edited products. Metafields for existing products will be backfilled in future.
We've reworked the item page in the Supercycle admin to prioritise rentals. The serial number has been moved to the right hand side and displays a code-128 barcode if a serial is present.
Previously, subscriptions paid for via Shop Pay or PayPal would not display their payment method on the subscription page in the Supercycle admin. All payment methods now display correctly.
We've updated descriptions for subscription payment failures to include more detail, helping you to follow up with customers.
In addition to cancelling memberships, you can now pause and re-activate them from a customer's membership page in the Supercycle Admin. On re-activation, billing will continue according to the membership's billing schedule.
