Which Shopify channels are supported?
All Supercycle methods are compatible with the Shopify Online Store and Shopify POS. Markets are supported with more functionality on the way, and B2B is on the roadmap.
How does the storefront integration work?
Supercycle uses native Shopify app blocks that you can configure through the theme editor — no code required. Add the Methods block to a product page to display rental and resale options, or the Membership plans block to any page to show available plans.
Can customers manage rentals from their account?
Yes. The Supercycle customer portal is added to Shopify customer accounts via app blocks. Customers can view active rentals, initiate returns, manage memberships and update payment methods — all within the native Shopify account experience.
Does POS support all rental methods?
POS support is rolling out across all four methods. Today it's particularly strong for resale and contract signing on calendar rentals; full POS support for subscriptions and memberships is on the roadmap.
