Supercycle is free on a Shopify development store. We also offer a 14 day free trial on any paid Shopify plan.

A transaction is any order line that includes rental or resale enabled by Supercycle. We exclude deposits enabled by Supercycle, we don’t charge for deposits.

Custom plans are created for specific merchants, tailored to their requirements. Considerations for a custom plan include: length of contract, upfront payment, number of Shopify stores, average order value, volume of transactions, support needed, scope of migration required, and scope of integration required. A custom plan can be created following a demo and scoping.

We don’t charge for setup. When customisation is required we can work closely with your existing agency, or you can work with one of our partners. Any charges by partners will be separate from your agreement with Supercycle.

We can offer managed migration from other platforms including Circuly, Booqable, Recharge, Firmhouse, Twice, Book That App and IzyRent. If you are looking to migrate from a bespoke platform, or a platform not mentioned, please get in touch.
