Pricing questions.
What is Supercycle?
Supercycle is the operating system for circular commerce. We let brands launch and scale rental, resale, trade-in, subscriptions and memberships, fully integrated into your existing Shopify store. Everything runs natively inside Shopify, with no custom builds or separate systems.
Is there a trial?
Supercycle is free on a Shopify development store. We also offer a 14 day free trial on any paid Shopify plan.
What counts as a transaction?
A transaction is any order line that includes rental or resale enabled by Supercycle. We exclude deposits enabled by Supercycle, we don’t charge for deposits.
How do custom plans work?
Custom plans are created for specific merchants, tailored to their requirements. Considerations for a custom plan include: length of contract, upfront payment, number of Shopify stores, average order value, volume of transactions, support needed, scope of migration required, and scope of integration required. A custom plan can be created following a demo and scoping.
Is there a setup fee?
We don’t charge for setup. When customization is required we can work closely with your existing agency, or you can work with one of our partners. Any charges by partners will be separate from your agreement with Supercycle.
Can we migrate from other platforms?
We can offer managed migration from other platforms including Circuly, Booqable, Recharge, Firmhouse, Twice, Book That App and IzyRent. If you are looking to migrate from a bespoke platform, or a platform not mentioned, please get in touch.
Who does the implementation?
Supercycle is designed to be simple to launch. Many merchants go live the same day. Most merchants onboard themselves using our documentation and guided setup. Our team can also help configure and optimize your setup, or we can connect you with vetted agency partners for more advanced implementations.
How are payments processed?
All payments are processed through Shopify Payments or any payment gateway compatible with Shopify selling plans. Customers check out using the standard Shopify checkout, ensuring a seamless, secure and fully native experience.
How does Supercycle integrate with Shopify?
Supercycle is installed directly from the Shopify App Store and operates from your existing Shopify admin. We use your Shopify products, orders and customers to give you a truly unified view of your data and circular operations. On the storefront, Supercycle uses native Shopify app blocks that you can configure and customize through the Shopify theme editor, no code required.
What if I don't use Shopify?
Many merchants launch circular offerings on a separate domain or sub-domain dedicated to their circular program. Even if your primary site isn't on Shopify, you can still run Supercycle using this secondary Shopify-powered site. If you'd prefer to migrate your main store to Shopify, we also work with partners who can manage the full migration and rollout of both Shopify and Supercycle.
