Overview
About the FR2000 RFID reader.
The FR2000 is a flat RFID pad that sits at the counter and reads tagged items placed on or near it: a hands-free way to ring up and check out RFID stock without picking up a handheld. Output power is adjustable up to 30 dBm so the read field can be tuned to the counter area, and it connects over USB-C, Bluetooth or PoE network.
The FR2000 reads RFID only, with no barcode scanner, so it’s a focused point-of-sale reader for stock that’s already RFID-tagged.

- RFID checkout and returns at a fixed point of sale
- Counter-top stock verification
- Adding point-of-sale RFID without a hybrid scanner
