Overview
Not every operation needs RFID on day one. The DS2278 is the low-cost way to make serialized inventory fast: print QR labels from Supercycle, stick them on items, and scan them at the bench or around the stockroom. The Bluetooth radio gives you room to roam from the cradle.
Scans arrive in Supercycle admin like keystrokes, so there’s nothing to install or configure. If you outgrow one-at-a-time scanning later, RFID slots in alongside. Items can carry a QR code and an RFID tag at the same time.
