About the DS9908R hybrid imager.
The DS9908R sits on the bench next to your screen. Present an item (tagged with RFID, a QR code or a barcode) and it reads instantly, leaving both hands free to inspect, clean, fold and pack.
Connected over USB, it behaves like a keyboard: scans land straight into Supercycle admin in the browser, so returns processing, intake and condition checks flow without touching the keyboard. The hybrid head means you don’t have to standardise on one identification method before you start: it reads whatever arrives.
Use it for:
- Returns stations where every incoming item gets checked and updated
